Abstract:
A heat transfer sheet is provided. The heat transfer sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention is implemented by comprising: a heat transfer portion including a first member and a second member spaced widthwise or lengthwise; a reinforcing portion which is arranged between the first member and the second member, and which is bent by external force applied so that the first member and the second member are at different heights or in different surface directions; and a bonding portion arranged between the first member and the reinforcing portion and between the second member and the reinforcing portion so as to bond each of the first member and the second member to the reinforcing portion. Therefore, the heat transfer sheet has an excellent bending and/or folding characteristic enabling spaced out structures, which are positioned on different planes or have different heights, to be connected without damage such as cracks. In addition, the present invention has superior heat transfer characteristics such that heat can be very quickly transferred from a structure having a heat source to another structure spaced therefrom and can be emitted to the outside, deterioration in performance of an electronic device, caused by heating, can be minimized.
