Abstract:
Provided is a novel heat transmission composition that is incombustible, has a low environmental impact, and has further improved heat transmission characteristics. The heat transmission method uses a high-temperature heat pump system housing a heat transmission composition and sequentially performs: a step for vaporizing the heat transmission composition; a step for compressing the heat transmission composition; the condensation of the heat transmission medium at a temperature of at least 70°C; and the decompression of the heat transmission medium. The heat transmission composition has a mass ratio of cis-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropane of 95.0-99.9 mass% inclusive, has a mass ratio of trans-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropane or 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropane of 0.1-5.0 mass% inclusive, and has a condensation temperature of at least 70°C.
