Abstract:
The present invention provides a heat treatment apparatus with which procedures such as inspections of heat-insulating materials can be carried out easily. This heat treatment apparatus is provided with an internal heat treatment chamber (2) in which heat treatment is carried out on an object to be treated (W), and a heat-insulating material (3) arranged within the heat treatment chamber, the heat-insulating material (3) surrounding a holding area (R) for the object to be treated. The heat treatment chamber is provided with a side wall part (2a), and a cover part (2c) detachably attached to the side wall part (2a). The heat-insulating material is provided with a ceiling part (3c) arranged on the inside of the cover part. This ceiling part is provided with a heat-insulating material cover part (3c1) that constitutes at least a portion of the ceiling part, and is integrated with the cover part.
