Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat treatment-free and weather-resistant steel plate for a monorail switch, comprising the following components by mass percentage: C: 0.03-0.16%, Si: 0.10-0.35%, Mn: 0.70-1.60%, Cu: 0.20-0.40%, Cr: 0.35-0.70%, Ni: 0.25-0.60%, Alt: 0.01-0.08%, Nb: 0.01-0.05%, Ti: 0.005-0.020%, and the balance being iron and inevitable impurities. A preparation procedure for the weather-resistant steel plate comprises smelting, refining, continuous casting, heating and rolling procedures, and during the heating procedure, the complete solid dissolution temperature of Nb is firstly calculated by means of a solid solubility product equation, and a cast billet is then heated to a temperature above the complete solid dissolution temperature of Nb. The weather-resistant steel plate has an excellent welding property, and also has an ultra high strength, a high toughness, and a high weather resistance. No heat treatment is required during the production process thereof, thereby reducing the production costs and shortening the production cycle.
