Abstract:
A heat treatment method for a 3D printed PEEK material part, comprising: firstly putting a PEEK material part made by fused deposition 3D printing into an oven to dry the PEEK material part; then using a whole-piece heat treatment method, a surface heat treatment method, or a local heat treatment method to obtain a corresponding PEEK material part; finally performing an aging treatment on the PEEK material part and directly applying same to practical use. Different areas of the PEEK material are treated at different temperatures for different periods of time, and finally a PEEK material part which is required and can be applied to practical use is formed, the process being simple.
