Abstract:
A heat generating wire (20) includes a first heat generating wire (21) and a second heat generating wire (22). A receiving electrode (40) is provided between the first heat generating wire (21) and the second heat generating wire (22). A transmitting electrode (30) includes: a first transmitting electrode (31) provided between the first heat generating wire (21) and the receiving electrode (40); and a second transmitting electrode (32) provided between the second heat generating wire (22) and the receiving electrode (40). The first heat generating wire (21), the first transmitting electrode (31), the receiving electrode (40), the second transmitting electrode (32), and the second heat generating wire (22) extend side by side in this order in a predetermined layer of an insulating board (10). Furthermore, a distance Dh1 between the first heat generating wire (21) and the first transmitting electrode (31), a distance Ds1 between the first transmitting electrode (31) and the receiving electrode (40), a distance Dh2 between the second heat generating wire (22) and the second transmitting electrode (32), and a distance Ds2 between the second transmitting electrode (32) and the receiving electrode (40) exhibit the following relationships: Dh1≤Ds1; and Dh2≤Ds2.
