Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heater temperature control circuit that can control a heater temperature with higher accuracy than before and a sensor device using the same. The present invention is a heater temperature control circuit (10) having a heater (6) and a control circuit for controlling the temperature of the heater and is characterized in that: the control circuit includes a bridge circuit (11), in which a first circuit (11c) and a second circuit (11d) are connected in parallel, and an operational amplifier (12) connected to the bridge circuit; the heater and a resistor are connected in series in the first circuit; the midpoint of the first circuit is connected to one input section of the operational amplifier (12); and an output value Vout obtained by multiplying a reference voltage Vref of the bridge circuit by the voltage division ratio between a target resistance value Rh of the heater and the resistance value R1 of the resistor is input from the second circuit to the other two input sections of the operational amplifier.
