Description:
DESCRIPTION

HEATER TOP HEAT DISTRIBUTOR

Our invention is about systems that distribute heat over the systems that produce heat.

The heater top heat distributors to date have been louvered or static or motor louvered but our invention is a system that operates with natural spread speed of the heat.

The purpose of our invention is to ensure that the heated air released by the heater advances to the environment by waving the heat as a fan with the help of screw ended panel shaft on moving top panel with its own movement, and advances to the environment by directing the heat at desired angle through fastening the fixing nut on the moving top panel.

Our invention is used on top of heaters, especially radiators, in the industry and at homes. Explanation of Figures

Our invention, which is detailed in Figures 1 , 2 and 3, is a heater top heat distributor (7) and is a system that distributes air to the environment by means of heat distributing side panel (2), rear panel (3), and moving top panel (4). Our invention ensures that heater top heat distributer (7) on the radiator (1) distributes heat to the environment in a waved way from open surface (9) of heat distributer (7) by fan-like movement of moving top panel (4) during thermal air stream of radiator (1) by means of side panel (2), rear panel (3), moving top panel (4) and screw ended panel shaft (5).

If desired, the heat can be distributed from open surface (9) of heat distributor (7) directly to the environment by fastening moving top panel (4) at desired angle through fixing nut (6) of panel shaft (5). Furthermore, heat distributor (7) is fixed and made stable to radiator (1) or heaters during the distribution of heat from open surface (9) of heat distributor (7) with screw ended shaft overhangs which are used to compress and fasten the heat distributor (7); during the distribution of heat to the environment from open surface (9) of heat distributor and during the free, waved heat distribution, the distance between limit pins (10) on the moving top panel (4) and waved movement range of moving top panel (4) can be narrowed or expanded as desired. If desired, side panel (2) and/or real panel (3) of heat distributor can be made of blinds with fixed or adjustable blade angled and these blinds can be equipped with filters.

All parts and/or certain parts of heat distributor (7) can be made of various materials such as mica, metal, plastic, wood and composite.

Heat distributor (7) can be configured in a geometrical view such as square, circle and rectangle depending on top shape of heaters or as desired.

Heat distributors (7) can be positioned on top heat-releasing areas of devices such as fan coil, convector, stove, radiator (1) and air-conditioners or rarely on their sides and underneath.

Heat distributor (7) can be manufactured in a single unit as a whole or manufactured in parts and assembled at the site of application.

Rear section (4a) and front section (4b) of moving top panel (4) can be of the same or different length and even in different materials. This applied to all parts of the heat distributor (7).

All parts of the heat distributor (7) can consist of concave or convex or patterned parts as a whole or separately.

Tips of screw ended shaft overhangs (8) and screw ended panel shaft (5) that are used to compress and fasten the heat distributor (7) can be equipped with spherical nuts to prevent children or people from getting stuck. Heat distributor (7) can be positioned completely or in multiple units on heaters such as radiator (1 ) and when positioned side by side, panel shafts (5) of heat distributors (7) can be fastened to each other with wide nuts so that they can operate together.

To make sure that moving top panel (4) of heat distributor (7) operates comfortable or the entire system is safer, a cage can be built of wire, plastic, aluminum or composite material in the form of rectangle, square or rectangle semi-circle.

All materials or some materials of heat distributor (7) including cage systems can be made of solid polycarbonate, cardboard, carton or hard paper.
