A heating apparatus. The heating apparatus comprises a cylinder body, in which a chamber for accommodating an object to be processed is formed, and an electromagnetic wave generation system. The electromagnetic wave generation system comprises an electromagnetic wave generation module, which is used for generating an electromagnetic wave signal, and a radiation antenna, which is electrically connected to the electromagnetic wave generation module. The electromagnetic wave generation module is arranged outside the cylinder body, and the radiation antenna is arranged inside the cylinder body. A connector, which is used for connecting the electromagnetic wave generation module and the radiation antenna, comprises a transmission line and a shielding structure. The transmission line is configured to penetrate the cylinder body and then be electrically connected to the electromagnetic wave generation module and the radiation antenna. The shielding structure is arranged on an outer side of the cylinder body, and covers part of the transmission line. On the basis that a relatively small impact on the impedance consistency of a transmission line is generated, good signal connection characteristics are ensured, mutual interference between the transmission line and a surrounding electrical device is reduced, a heating effect and the heating efficiency are thus ensured, and undesired energy loss is avoided.
