Disclosed in the present application are a heating assembly and an aerosol generating device. The heating assembly comprises a base, a housing, an accommodating cup, a heating mechanism and at least two first conductive rings, wherein the housing is arranged on the base; the accommodating cup is arranged inside the housing and is used for accommodating an aerosol generating product; the heating mechanism is arranged inside the housing and is used for heating the aerosol generating product; the at least two first conductive rings are arranged spaced apart from each other on the base in a direction of a long axis of the accommodating cup, and are used for respectively abutting against at least two second conductive rings of a main unit so as to be conducted, such that an electrical connection between the heating assembly and the main unit is achieved by means of the first conductive rings and the second conductive rings. The heating assembly has a simple structure and is easy to prepare, and since the first conductive rings have a larger contact area with the second conductive rings, the contact resistance can be reduced, such that the aerosol generating device can bear a large electric current, thereby improving the reliability of the electrical connection between the heating assembly and the main unit.
