Abstract:
A preparation method for a heating assembly of an electronic cigarette, the method comprising the following steps: providing a metal heating member, which comprises a metal heating ring and two conductor pins respectively electrically connected to the metal heating ring; placing the metal heating member in a mold; respectively injecting a first ceramic slurry and a second ceramic slurry into the mold through two pouring openings of the mold, so as to respectively form a first heat conductor and a second heat conductor which are used for jointly coating the metal heating ring, wherein the first heat conductor is connected to the second heat conductor; and performing sintering and curing operations on the first heat conductor and the second heat conductor at the same time, so as to obtain a heating assembly of an electronic cigarette.
