Abstract:
This heating cooker comprises: a heating coil (3) that heats an object to be heated; an operation display unit (15) for inputting a preselected setting including at least a cooking end time; and a control means (8) that controls the heating coil (3) in accordance with the preselected setting. When a preselected setting is input, the control means (8) executes: a heating-and-sterilizing step for sterilizing food inside a pot-shaped container (5) by controlling the heating coil (3) such that the temperature of the pot-shaped container (5) is kept within a first temperature zone over a first period of elapsed time; and a finishing step for heating the pot-shaped container (5) by controlling the heating coil (3) such that cooking according to said preselected setting is completed at the cooking end time.
