Abstract:

A heating cooking apparatus, comprising an air blowing means (100) blowing cooling air to the opening part (20a) of a heating chamber (20) when a door (11) is opened after steam is supplied into the heating chamber (20) to perform a preliminary operation before heating cooking or the heating cooking. More specifically, the air blowing means (100) drives an existing cooling fan (101) when the door (11) is opened after the steam is supplied into the heating chamber (20) to suck the cooling air from the outside of the apparatus and deflects the cooling air in the direction of the opening part (20a) of the heating chamber (20) by a decorative box (102) to blow the cooling air so as to cross the opening part (20a). Since the cooling air is mixed in hot steam forced to overflow forward immediately after the door (11) is opened and the temperature of the steam is lowered, it can be securely avoided that a user gets burned by the blowing of the steam. Accordingly, the opening of the door (11) can be realized while securing the safety of the user without using a special discharge means even immediately after a heating medium (for example, steam) is supplied into the heating chamber (20).
