Abstract:
A heating-cooling device (100) for heating and cooling a collection substrate (200) capable of collecting particles on a surface thereof includes a heater (2) for heating the collection substrate fixed inside a housing (1), and a fan (3) for generating an air flow by introducing outside air into the housing and evacuating the outside air, and thereby cooling the collection substrate fixed inside the housing. The collection substrate can be mounted on a top surface of the heater, and the heater also functions as a fixing unit for fixing the collection substrate inside the housing so that the position of the collection substrate relative to the housing is fixed. An air inlet (1A) and an exhaust port (1B) are provided on a side of the housing facing a back surface of the fixed collection substrate. The fan is installed on the same side as the side to which the air inlet and exhaust port are provided relative to the fixed collection substrate.
