Abstract:
This heating and cooling system is provided with: a cooling-purpose thermal conversion unit (50) that, during cooling, helically rotates a refrigerant after the refrigerant has been discharged from a compressor (21) and liquefied at a heat source side heat exchanger (22)and before the refrigerant reaches a pressure reducing device (32), the helical rotation serving to supercool the refrigerant due to an acceleration phenomenon; and a heating-purpose thermal conversion unit (60) that, during heating, helically rotates the refrigerant after the refrigerant has been discharged from the compressor (21), liquefied at a user side heat exchanger (31), and passed through the pressure reducing device (32) and before the refrigerant reaches the heat source side heat exchanger (22), the helical rotation serving to partially vaporize the refrigerant due to an acceleration phenomenon. A heating-purpose coiled capillary tube (61) of the heating-purpose thermal conversion unit (60) is configured to have a wider flow passage than a cooling-purpose coiled capillary tube (52) of the cooling-purpose thermal conversion unit.
