Abstract:

A heating device (100), comprising: a cylinder (110) provided with an access opening; a door (120) for opening or closing the access opening; an electromagnetic generation system at least partially disposed in the cylinder (110) or connected to the cylinder (110); and a temperature sensing device. The temperature sensing device comprises a signal sensing portion (171) and a signal processing portion (172), wherein the signal sensing portion (171) is configured to measure specific parameters of an incident-wave signal and a reflected-wave signal in the cylinder (110), and the signal processing portion (172) is configured to determine, according to the specific parameters, whether or not an average temperature of an object to be processed is within a specific temperature range. The invention obtains a more accurate overall average temperature compared to measuring surface temperatures of disparate regions of an object to be processed by means of multiple sensors, thereby assessing the heating progress of the object in a more accurate manner.
