Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a heating device capable of efficiently and uniformly heating an object to be heated having a cylindrical outer circumferential surface portion. [Solution] This heating device 1 for heating an object W to be heated having a cylindrical outer circumferential surface 300a has: a support member 40 for supporting the object W to be heated; a covering member 20 that is provided so as to be relatively movable with respect to the support member 40 in upper and lower directions A1, A2, is provided with inner wall surfaces 20a, 20b that define a housing space Sp which houses the object W to be heated and the lower end portion of which is opened, is disposed on the support member 40 and thereby closes the housing space Sp, and makes it possible to carry in or out the object W to be heated by being separated from the support member 40; and a plurality of ring-shaped light sources 50 that are held by the covering member 20, are provided in the upper and lower directions so as to surround the cylindrical outer circumferential surface 300a of the object W to be heated in the housing space Sp, and emit light for heating the object W to be heated.
