Abstract:
A heating device 10 comprises a water storage unit 14, a circulating flow path 16, a centrifugal pump 18, a heater 20, and a control unit 50. The water storage unit 14 stores water. The circulating flow path 16 is provided outside the water storage unit 14 to circulate water inside the water storage unit 14. The centrifugal pump 18 is provided in the circulating flow path 16 to circulate the water in the water storage unit 14 through the circulating flow path 16. The heater 20 is provided in the circulating flow path 16 to heat the water flowing through the circulating flow path 16. The control unit 50 controls operations of the centrifugal pump 18 and the heater 20. Further, the control unit 50 causes the water to circulate by means of the centrifugal pump 18 while the water is being heated by the heater 20, and continues to cause the water to circulate by means of the centrifugal pump 18 when stopping the heating of the water by means of the heater 20.
