Abstract:
A heating element (1) and an aerosol generating device (100). The heating assembly (1) comprises a heating pipe (12), a heating cavity (120) for accommodating and heating an aerosol generating substrate (200) is formed in the heating pipe (12), and the cross section contour (C) of the heating cavity (120) is polygonal. At least part of the cavity wall of the heating cavity (120) can squeeze the aerosol generating substrate (200); a maximum inscribed circle (C1) is formed at the cross section contour (C) of the heating cavity (120), and in a state where the heating cavity (120) accommodates the aerosol generating substrate (200), the diameter of the maximum inscribed circle (C1) is less than the outer diameter of the aerosol generating substrate (200) before being squeezed. When inserted into the heating pipe (12), the aerosol generating substrate (200) is squeezed inwards by the heating pipe (12); after being squeezed and deformed, the distance from the radial surface of the aerosol generating substrate (200) to the center is reduced, and air in the aerosol generating substrate (200) is squeezed and discharged, such that the density of an atomizing substrate (220) is increased.
