Abstract:
A heating element (100) and an aerosol generation device. The heating element (100) is made of an integrally conductive ceramic material, and comprises an insertion portion (10) for inserting into an aerosol-forming matrix, and a fixing portion (20) connected to the insertion portion (10), wherein a chamfer structure (30) is disposed at the connection between the insertion portion (10) and the fixing portion (20). In the heating element (100), by means of providing a chamfer structure (30) between an insertion portion (10) and a fixing portion (20), properties such as the bending strength and the fracture toughness of the heating element (100) can be improved, such that the heating element is less prone to breakage in practical application, and the service life is guaranteed. The heating element (100) is integrally made of a conductive ceramic material, therefore, the problem of a conductive track falling off during use does not occur, and the problem of the conductive track falling off due to the long-term use of same printed on a common ceramic in the prior art is avoided.
