Abstract:
A heating element and a heater unit comprising same are provided. The heating element according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a platelike exterior material; a heat generating source which is disposed inside the exterior material and generates heat when power is applied thereto; and a plurality of vortex flow generating patterns which are repeatedly formed along the lengthwise direction in order to generate a vortex flow in a fluid passing through the surface of the exterior material and thereby decrease the passing speed of the fluid.
