Disclosed is a heating and humidification system for a sauna room, the system mainly comprising a compressor (1), an energy accumulator (2), a condenser (3) and an evaporator (4), which are successively connected by pipes (5) to form a circulation, wherein a liquid accumulator (6), a filter (7) and a throttle valve (8) are provided between the condenser (3) and the evaporator (4); a condensing pressure regulating valve (9) is provided between the energy accumulator (2) and the condenser (3); and the system is further provided with a water atomizing device (10), comprising a water pump (10-1), a safety valve (10-2), an electromagnetic valve (10-3) and an atomizing nozzle (10-4), which are connected by the pipes (5), with some of the pipes being arranged inside the energy accumulator (2). The system generates energy by compressing a refrigerant, and achieves the conversion and reuse of energy via the circulation system of the compressor (1), the energy accumulator (2), the condenser (3) and the evaporator (4) so as to provide the desired temperature and humidity for the sauna room, thereby largely improving the utilization of energy and reducing the energy consumption to about 1/3 of the energy consumption of existing sauna rooms.
