Abstract:
Disclosed is a heavily loaded and highly efficient guide rail mechanism for a movable shear, comprising a tool holder (1), a rear end of the tool holder being provided on a rear flat guide rail (2), a front end of the tool holder (1) being provided with a front panel (4) mounted on a rack (3), an end face of the front panel (4) being provided with a roller (8), and the roller (8) being provided between the tool holder (1) and the front panel (4). The guide rail mechanism has a simple structure, a front end face of the tool holder uses a roller guide rail to guide the tool holder, the coefficient of friction is small, and a rear end face of the tool holder uses a flat guide rail to guide and support the tool holder, thereby preventing the tool holder from moving backwards when the tool is cutting so as to guarantee the cutting quality and improve the efficiency of the operation.
