Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of petrochemical engineering, and discloses a heavy oil product upgrading method and a heavy oil product upgrading system. The method comprises: (1) bringing a basic catalyst into contact with a heavy oil product for a catalytic reaction in a suspended bed reactor in the presence of a reducing gas to obtain an upgraded product and a spent catalyst, wherein the reaction temperature of the catalytic reaction is 330-490ºC, and the reaction pressure is 0.05-10 MPa; (2) regenerating the spent catalyst, and returning the resulting regenerated catalyst to the suspended bed reactor for recycling; and (3) subjecting the upgraded product to gas-liquid separation to obtain a light product and a heavy product. The heavy oil product upgrading method provided in the present invention is simple in terms of process flow, can improve the removal rate of impurities under mild reaction conditions, can obtain a heavy product which has a high aromatic hydrocarbon content and can be used for producing a carbon-based new material, and is suitable for industrial promotion.
