Abstract:
Provided are a method for characterizing a target polynucleotide, and an F8813 helicase, a complex structure containing the helicase and the use thereof in characterizing a target polynucleotide or controlling the movement of a target polynucleotide through a pore. The F8813 helicase or complex structure have a strong salt tolerance, which being used in the method for characterizing a target polynucleotide can improve the accuracy of nucleic acid sequence detection.
