Abstract:

A helmet protection shield having an integrated anti-fog patch limiting structure comprises a protection shield (1) and an anti-fog patch (2). The protection shield (1) comprises limiting and protruding pins (11) and/or a limiting and fastening side (12) forming an integral part of the protection shield (1). The limiting and protruding pins (11) are located at left and right sides of an inner side of the protection shield (1). The limiting and fastening side (12) is locate at a surrounding edge of the inner side of the protection shield (1). A total number of the limiting and protruding pins (11) and the limiting and fastening side (12) is two or more, and the two or more limiting and protruding pins (11) and limiting and fastening side (12) are oppositely arranged. The anti-fog patch (2) comprises fitting slots (201) or recesses (202) matching the limiting and protruding pins (11). One end of the limiting and protruding pins (11) comprises a pin head (111). The helmet protection shield having the integrated anti-fog patch limiting structure can effectively increase production efficiency of configuring the anti-fog patch on the helmet protection shield, and effectively increase quality consistency and a yield rate during a process of configuring the anti-fog patch on the helmet protection shield.
