Abstract:
The present invention relates to a helmet to which an air-breathing device is attached, and comprises: a helmet which is worn on the head part of the wearer; a mask which is worn on the face portion of the wearer; a filter portion which is provided on the helmet, purifies the external air and transmits the purified air to the mask; and a securing means which secures the filter portion to the helmet; wherein the filter portion has a configuration incorporating a filter member formed using a membrane for filtering various forms of dust and detritus. Through the use of such a helmet to which an air-breathing device is attached, the present invention allows a filter portion to be attached to a helmet such that an operator is supplied with clean air from which dust or detritus and biochemical substances and other such toxic substances have been filtered out.
