[Problem] To provide a hemostasis apparatus that can suppress lifting of the dilating member from the site to be hemostasized on the hand, even when a patient moves the hand while a dilating member is in a dilated state, and that can appropriately maintain the compressive force exerted by the dilating member on the site to be hemostasized on the hand. [Solution] This hemostasis apparatus 100 is equipped with a covering member 110 comprising a main body section 120 whereto the dilating member 160 is connected, a first arm section 130 protruding from the main body section, and a second arm section 140 protruding from the main body section in a direction that is different from the length direction of the first arm section 130, wherein the first arm section passes between the fingers of the patient and is fixed to the second arm section while the second arm section is in a state of being wound around a limb of a patient, the second arm section comprises a belt section 141 for the purpose of being wound around the limb of the patient, and a supporting section 143 linking the main body section to the belt section and positioned on a straight line c1 joining the first arm section to the dilating member, and the belt section is fixed to the supporting section while in a state of being wound around the limb of the patient.
