The present invention is related to a herbal compound for elimination of the pain the women experience during their menstrual periods.
The researches conducted in the medical literature reveal that more than 60% of women have very painful menstruation period. This pain is due to the blood flow and reduction of the oxygen in the veins leading to the uterus as based on the contraction of the uterus during the menstrual period. Extremely painful menstrual period is an important problem for women, which is repeated each month.
The most common application in solving this problem is the administration of the analgesic drugs available in the market. A major part of these drugs which are administered orally are general purpose pain relievers. Such analgesic drugs are usually ineffective for menstruation pains. In such circumstances, pain continues even if analgesic pains are taken. Moreover, the user is subjected to the various side effects which are found almost in any drugs.
Analgesic drug consumption repeated each month cause the rise of drug response threshold for the user. Consequently, the menstrual pain cannot be eliminated with the usual dosage and the dosage is required to be increased. So, the user starts to use higher doses of drugs gradually. Drug use of higher doses causes the user, who desires to be relieved of the menstrual pain, to encounter other medical problems.
Some of the known analgesic drugs dilute the blood. This may cause problems during menstrual bleeding. The analgesic drugs which complicate the flow of blood cause other problems in the ovaries in addition to the periodic pains. Another method applied in order to be relieved of menstrual period pains is the regular or intermittent administration of birth control pills. However, this method is not influential in many users. Moreover, it is known that birth control pills increase the risk of embolism in addition to many side effects. The treatments for short term menopause and hormonal spirals are not preferred in the ordinary cases since these upset the balance of the body. This present invention, which is related to the herbal compound used for elimination of the pain the women experience during their menstrual periods, completely overcomes the disadvantages mentioned above and it is characterized by being completely herbal, relieving pain, elimination of the need for a chemical pain reliever, formation of no side effects on the body due to the direct application to the genital area as externally, not influencing the blood flow and ease and economy of preparation and use.
The invention is prepared by re-condensation of boiling salvia vapor. The fluid formed as a result of condensation of the boiling salvia vapor has a gel-like texture. This gel is used by spreading it on underwear, hygienic pad etc., which contacts the genital area, when there is menstrual pain. Thanks to these properties, the invention is easily prepared and used. This completely herbal invention does not accommodate the risks of excessive and long-term use related to the chemical drugs. It doesn't have any negative effect on the blood circulation and hormonal balance of the body
It does not have side effects on the body thanks to its external use through underwear or pad in contact with the genital area. It does not cause problems such as overdose, excessive use, drug accumulation in the body. Since it is directly applied to the area related to pain, it completely addresses the menstrual pain problem. It completely ends the menstrual pain.
This invention related to the herbal compound for elimination of the pain experienced by women during their menstrual periods; is obtained in a gel-like form by condensation of vapor of minimum 100 gr of salvia boiled in 1 liter of water and it is applied by spreading the gellike substance on the underwear, hygienic pad etc. contacting the genital area when there is menstrual period pain.
Preparation and use of the invention is as follows;
The present invention is prepared by boiling 100 gr of salvia in minimum 1 liter of water. As the volume of water changes, so does the minimum amount of salvia to be used. The vapor to form during boiling is being condensed by any known technique and a gel-like fluid is obtained.
The present invention is used when there is pain during menstrual period and ends the pain. Gel-like invention is applied by spreading on the underwear or hygienic pad etc. to contact the genital area when there is menstrual pain. The gel contacting the genital area penetrates and ends the menstrual pain. The application is possible also by forms as roll-on, spray, tampon, capsule etc.
Salvia is the aromatic genus of Lamiaceae family. Salvia officinalis and Salvia pratensis are the most widespread and used types of salvia. Salvia contains tannin, essential and ethereal oils, bitter substance and vitamin B. Essential oil within its structure provides penetration into the genital area when used externally. Ethereal oils in salvia have sedative effect on the nervous system, have pain relieving characteristics and have protective properties against germs. Moreover, it is known that vitamin B in salvia has a positive effect on menstrual pain and uterus contractions.
