Summary of Invention

[0008] The herbal medicine usage has a long history, tracing back to ancient times and for a long time, has been served as the most important human tool to cure disease. Upon emerging modern medicine and the widespread use of chemical drugs, the tendency of people to use herbal medicine in some countries was reduced. But now, after about a century from the absolute domination of modern medicine, herbal medicine has been received a great deal of attention and the people have much tendency to use it.

[0009] The reasons behind the tendency of people to these plants include the enormous side effects of chemical drugs and the weakness of classical medicine in the treatment of chronic diseases. In the invention, by combining six medicinal plants, a medicine was produced to treat these diseases, as it prevents liver damage by having flavonoids and antioxidants and high phenolic compounds.

Technical Problem

[0010] The liver which plays a key role in the gastrointestinal process and the gastrointestinal system converts micronutrients into usable forms for the body.

[0011 ] The liver failures include a wide range of diseases and disorders that damage liver tissue or its function and mainly the liver tissue may be inflamed upon contact with a virus. [0012] The most important factors that cause diseases and disorders of the liver involve hepatitis A, B and C viruses, alcohol consumption, and excessive intake of anodynes. In addition, obesity causes the accumulation of fats in the liver.

[0013] AST-SGOT and ALT-SGOT are sensitive markers in various types of liver diseases. AST-SGOT is normally found in different types of tissues such as liver, heart, muscle, Kidney, brain.

[0014] This enzyme enters the bloodstream at the time of injury to any of these issues. For example, its serum concentration increases during heart attacks and muscle failures.

[0015] A major part of ALT-SGPT, in contrast to AST, is normally found in the liver. Although the enzyme is exclusively in the liver, the liver contains a very high concentration of this enzyme. This medicine lowers liver enzymes.

[0016] The enzyme enters the bloodstream as the result of the liver damage, so, the enzyme is relatively used as a special indicator of hepatic conditions.

[0017] Constipation or lack of regular bowel movements is a disease in the gastrointestinal system which results in solid feces in the colon and their excretion comes with pain and difficulty. Acute constipation may cause intestinal closure which in turn requires surgical intervention. The main causes of this complication may be a poor diet, hormonal imbalance, side effects of drugs, or the anatomy of the body among others.

Solution to Problem

[0018] The invented herbal medicine has anti-cancer properties and can be used to treat acute liver failure, constipation, and better bowel function and at the same time is a natural antibacterial medicine.

[0019] This product is made from four plants fennel flower, bitter Almond leaf, platanus and chicory leaf and two saps (Pistacia atlantica gum and honey) which have strong and active antioxidants and has a great influence on the liver and they are useful for fatty liver and at the same time can be useful for all types of hepatitis. This medicine can heal many liver disorders, including liver failure, liver cancer, and acute fatty liver. [0020] The substances and compounds of this medicine, as well as their properties, follow:

[0021] 1) Pistacia atlentica gum: in the local dialect, Larestani and Bastaki are called Boh, in Kurdi is

[0022] Called Daghahzawan or Darwan or Daraban.

[0023] A tree is a genus of pistachios which has three different varieties.

[0024] From this tree, three varieties grow in Iran:

[0025] Gum turpentine is a resin or concentrated sap of gum-tree or wild pistachio tree. Usually, the gum is secreted from the trunk of tree.

[0026] Naturally or by bringing a cut in the fall season which is called turpentine in Persian Language and it uses in bubble gum and it also has many health and industrial benefits.

[0027] Turpentine sap at the time of secretion from tree trunk was bright green and it is thick and sticky and it uses as a laxative to treat constipation. And because it was stomach tonic and it helps to digest food and it is good appetizing eminent scholars such as Abu Ali Sina used it for treating a series of gastrointestinal diseases. Turpentine like antibiotic somewhat confronts bacteria which is the main cause of ulcer and duodenal ulcers. Meanwhile, many native people eat raw sap of turpentine in fast mode because they believe that it results in removing kidney stones.

[0028] Turpentine sap is an excellent drug for stomach and liver varices, due to its specific compound. Turpentine can also help to improve the performance of the liver and spleen and its salve with saturated fat is useful for softening curved and dry nail. And the healing of ulcer in buttocks and its compound with olive oil is useful for removing skin swelling and cracking and itchy body.

[0029] The evaluation of the anti-bacterial effects of pistacia atlantica:

[0030] Since some plants like Pistacio atlantica has antibacterial property and can be used as a harmless alternative for antibiotics. Antibacterial effects of the Pistacio’s Essence was tested on pathogenic bacteria and were compared with the newest antibiotics that are recommended against such bacteria. [0031] Helicobacteria Pylori:

[0032] Essential oils and components activity of turpentine against H. pylori was evaluated after isolating insoluble polymers and its significant effect on the treatment of stomach and duodenal ulcer was observed.

[0033] The test results were as follows:

[0034] 50% of tested species were destroyed under a concentration of 125mg/ml of the essence and 90% of the species were killed subjected to a concentration of 500mg/ml so, Pistacio gum has a relatively good anti-bacterial activity against H. pylori bacteria.

[0035] Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Colostridium sporogens bacteria can generally cause food intoxication and gastrointestinal inflammation in humans. The essence of the pistacio sap has been known as an antibacterial compound against most microorganisms.

[0036] According to the results, the alcoholic essence of pistacio sap on the bacteria not only showed a deterrent effect but also has antibacterial effect by studying the organoleptic effects of pistacio’s sap essence in food and hence it can be used as a protective substance.

[0037] Evaluation of anti-toxic effects for liver:

[0038] Researches have shown that Flavonoids of pistacio gum have hepatic protective activity. Also, the expression of essential enzymes in the production of fatty acids (Fas, Fatty acid synthase) with interference decreases significantly.

[0039] Upon the intervention of Flavonoids of pistacio gum on the liver cells, the activity of Acetyle-co-carboxylase (ACE) and deacyl-glycerd azyl trans feras (DGAT) enzyme is reduced in turn results in a 36% decrease in the content of VLDL triglycerides. The interference Flavonoids in the liver cells, there is a significant effect on the Activity of limiting enzyme of the cholesterol synthesis pathway, FIMG-Coareductase. Flavonoids in the liver cells resulting in the reduction of the compound of labeled Acetate (1 -14C) with fatty acid. The activity of Fas enzyme, unlike its expression, has not changed, but its substray Malonillocove decreased because it is the production of ACC enzyme. [0040] 2) Nigella sativa:

[0041] The Nigella sativa belongs to the order of Ranunculales and the family of Ranunculaceae.

[0042] Its seed has menstrual, anti-bacteria, laxative effects and increases milk secretion.

[0043] Chemical compounds of Nigella sativa:

[0044] The Nigellia sativa contains stable oil (35-40%), volatile oil (0.5-1%), protein (23%), different Amino acids, sugars, Mucilage, Alkaloids, organic acids, Tannins, resins, toxic glycosides, Metarbin, Saponins, Melanthigenin, Lipase phytosterols, vitamins (Such as vitamin C, Folic acid, Thiamine, Niacin) and a variety of minerals (Iron, Zinc, Calcium) the volatile oil of Nigella sativa produced substances such as Thymol. Tymukinon is one of the compounds which results in a major part of medical effects of Nigella sativa.

[0045] Antioxidant effects of Nigella sativa on the liver:

[0046] This plant improves the antioxidant capacity of tissues. In this regard, the Nigella sativa decreases the concentration of Nitric oxid and Malondial Dehyde in the brain and heart and increases the amount of Glutathione, antioxidant enzyme such as Glutathione Transferases and Catalase. It also increases the amount of Catalase, Superoxide, dismutase, and Glutathione Peroxidas in the liver and gastrointestinal system.

[0047] 3) Honey:

[0048] Chemical properties of honey:

[0049] Honey is fraught with various nutrients. Of course, these compounds differ in various types of it which are briefly described below:

[0050] Sugars: so far, about 20sugars have been identified in the honey which total amount of it is about 80% and Glucose (31%) and Fructose (38%) are the most important ones.

[0051] Enzyme: honey contains many enzymes, including Invertase, Diastase, Glucose Oxides and etc. [0052] Acidity or PH: honey is an acidic substance and its PH is different from 4.3 to 1.6.

[0053] Minerals: the honey contains a variety of minerals such as Calcium,

Potassium, Iron, Phosphorus Magnesium and etc. studies have shown that the more color of the honey is darker, it contains more minerals

[0054] Vitamins: the honey is rich in different vitamins which the most important of them are vitamins B1 , B2, B3, B5, B6, and vitamin C.

[0055] Honey is also effective in treating peptic ulcer. A teaspoon of natural honey in a fasting manner can prevent the growth of a dangerous bacterium Helicobacter which cause most peptic ulcers.

[0056] The honey kills antibiotic-resistant bacteria which cause pulmonary infection in patients who have Cystic Fibrosis in culture medium.

[0057] The honey (natural) pasture which produces Hydrogen Peroxide, prevents the growth of the bacteria. The honey prevents Saphylococcal and Intrathecal infection the bacteria which are resistance to strong antibiotics such as Methiciline, Vancomycin.

[0058] 4) Bitter almond leaf:

[0059] The bitter almond leaf contains a special substance (1 to 3%) which its scientific name is Amygdalin. Vitamin B17 or Amygdalin is a Cyanogen Glocosid which had an anti-cancer activity which is produced under the brand name of Laaetrile. The chemical structure of Amygdalin includes two molecules of Glucose, a Benzaaldhyde which Causes Anesthetic and a Hydrocyanic acid has been produced that is an anti-cancer Compound.

[0060] Activity of Amygdalin or vitamin B17:

[0061] Larryl and pure form of Amygdalin contains a substance which is decomposed into Cyanid when it comes into contact with the cells of the human body, but normal and healthy cells show natural defense against this process because healthy cells contain an enzyme called Rudens which cause the combination of cyanide Molecule and Sulfur. The combination of cyanide and Sulfur is called Cyanat which is a harmless Substance and is excreted through the urine from the body. The level of Cyanide Produce from the use of Latifill is so low and harmless that the body easily copes with it, but cancer cells are unable to perform any anti- Cyanide defense action, they contain b-Glucosidase enzyme which causes Laticyl to release both of Its compounds, namely Cyanide and Benzaldyhyde.

This powerful combination completely kills cancer cells. Unlike the conventional treatment of cancer, Leatri can kill cancer cells without damaging healthy cells.

[0062] 5) Platanus leaves:

[0063] Chemical compound:

[0064] Tannins and different types of phenolic compounds and some minerals such as Iron are abundantly found in the combination of plantain tree. The plantain leaf is very useful for the liver because of the presence of Phenolic compounds.

[0065] 6) Chicory leaf:

[0066] Chicory is a cold nature plant and it can obviate heat and inflammation of the body. The liver is a detox organ in which the metabolism of fat is one of the most important functions of this organ and if there is a disorder in this organ, it will affect all other organs of the body. Larryl and pure form of Amygdalin contains a substance which is decomposed into Cyanid when it comes into contact with the cells of the human body, but normal and healthy cells show natural defense against this process because healthy cells contain an enzyme called Rudens which cause the combination of cyanide Molecule and Sulfur. The combination of cyanide and Sulfur is called Cyanat which is a harmless Substance and is excreted through the urine from the body.

[0067] The level of Cyanide Produce from the use of Latifill is so low and harmless that the body easily copes with it, but cancer cells are unable to perform any anti- Cyanide defense action, they contain b-Glucosidase enzyme which causes Laticyl to release both of Its compounds, namely Cyanide and Benzaldyhyde.
