Abstract:
The hermetic compressor comprises a compression mechanism unit and an electric motor unit. The compression mechanism unit includes: multiple cylinders; a first bearing and a second bearing which are arranged so as to sandwich the cylinders therebetween; an intermediate partitioning plate which is interposed between the cylinders and which defines, in conjunction with the first bearing and the second bearing, cylinder chambers for introducing a gaseous refrigerant into the cylinders; a rotary shaft which has multiple eccentric parts housed inside the cylinders and an intermediate shaft part penetrating through the intermediate partitioning plate; and multiple rollers which are fitted to outer peripheral surfaces of the eccentric parts of the rotary shaft and which eccentrically rotate inside the cylinders, thereby compressing the gaseous refrigerant. The intermediate partitioning plate is constructed by laminating together one pair of plate components, which are divided in the axial direction of the rotary shaft. An injection path for supplying a liquid refrigerant is formed in one of the plate components, and a communication path for providing communication between the injection path and at least one of the cylinder chambers is formed at least inside the one plate component.
