Abstract:
A hermetic terminal including: a synthetic resin substrate that is attached to a hole part connected to each of a low pressure area and a high pressure area and that has a large diameter part; at least one electrode inserted through the substrate; and a seal member that is externally mounted on the substrate so as to be positioned more toward the high pressure area than the large diameter part, the large diameter part having a parting line on the outer circumferential surface thereof.
