Abstract:
The present invention applies to sealing machines for sealing the upper ends of packaging containers, such as beverage cups and tableware, with film, and relates to a hermetic-type automatic packaging container-sealing machine, wherein manual operation during the installation of film in the sealing machine is minimized, film roll replacement can be conveniently performed, and a series of processes for sealing packaging containers are automatically performed. The present invention provides a hermetic-type automatic packaging container-sealing machine (1) in which a film feeding-winding device (12), a film punching-fusing-cutting device (13), and a packaging container-moving device (14) are provided inside a housing (11). The film feeding-winding device (12) is configured such that film (22) unwound and drawn from a film roll (2) on the outside of a circulation track (121) moves along the circulation track (121) so as to be wound around a shaft between timing pulleys 122 disposed at one inflection point of the circulation track (121), the circulation track (121) being made of a pair of left and right timing belts (1211) spaced apart from each other and timing pulleys (1212) disposed at respective inflection points of the timing belts (1211) and mounted to rotation shafts (1213) coupled to a wall surface of the housing (11). The film punching-fusing-cutting device (13) is configured to include a punching module (131) and a fusing-cutting module (132) which are sequentially disposed below the circulation track (121) and raised and lowered by an electric raising/lowering means (133). The packaging container-moving device (14) is configured such that a lower horizontal plate (143), supporting a packaging container (3) along a guide rail (141) provided along a lower section of the circulation track (121), and an upper horizontal plate (144), having a holder hole (1441) which is formed in the plate surface thereof and into which the packaging container (3) is inserted, are linked by a power transmission means (147) and move forward and backward.
