Abstract:
It is intended to provide heteroaryl 5-thio-β-D-glucopyranoside compounds represented by the following general formula which show an effect of inhibiting the activity of SGLT2, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof or hydrates of the same; and drugs containing the same as the active ingredient, in particular, remedies for diabetes, diabetes-related diseases or complications of diabetes.
