Abstract:
A hierarchical industrial material sieving and crushing apparatus, comprising a body (1), the body (1) comprising feed inlets (2), a variable frequency motor (3), a fan (6), and air pipes (7). A fan (6) is arranged above the body (1); an airflow equipartition plate (8) is arranged on the top end of the inside of the body (1); a material conveying bin (5) is arranged below the airflow equipartition plate (8); a variable frequency motor (3) is arranged on one side of the material conveying bin (5); an output part of the variable frequency motor (3) is connected to a spiral conveyor (4); the feed inlets (2) are connected to the material conveying bin (5); a plurality of material discharge openings (10) are arranged below the material conveying bin (5); a first rotary vibration sieve (11) is arranged below the material discharge openings (10); a crushing layer (13) is arranged below the first rotary vibration sieve (11); a crushing layer (13) is arranged below a second rotary vibration sieve (12); material discharge pipes (15) are symmetrically arranged on the body surface of the two sides of the first rotary vibration sieve (11) and the second rotary vibration sieve (12); a base (9) is arranged below the body (1); and a plurality of vibrating motors (17) are arranged inside the base (9). The present sieving and crushing apparatus has the advantages of rational structural design, convenient use, and good crushing effects.
