Abstract:
A high-accuracy temperature sensor, comprising an analog-digital convertor (20). The analog-digital convertor (20) comprises a sampling and amplification circuit (60); the sampling and amplification circuit (60) comprises a first switch capacitor array circuit (61), a voltage input end A1, a voltage input end A2, and a voltage output end A3; the first switch capacitor array circuit (61) comprises multiple switches S21 and multiple sampling capacitors C1; a first movable contact of each switch S21 is electrically connected to the voltage input end A1; a second movable contact of each switch S21 is electrically connected to the voltage input end A2; a stationary contact of each switch S21 is electrically connected to a first end of a sampling capacitor C1; a second end of each sampling capacitor C1 is electrically connected to the voltage output end A3.
