Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of biomedical materials. Disclosed are a high-adhesion, antibacterial, and healing-promoting hydrogel, and a preparation method therefor. In the present invention, bulk graphite phase carbon nitride is prepared by using melamine as a raw material, the bulk graphite phase carbon nitride is stripped into an ultra-thin carbon nitride nanosheet by acid etching and ultrasonic treatment, and then silver is deposited in situ on the carbon nitride nanosheet to obtain a silver/carbon nitride nanosheet; collagen and chitosan are respectively dissolved in a silver/carbon nitride nanosheet acetic acid dispersion and acetic acid, the collagen solution and the chitosan solution are mixed, dopamine and an oxidizing agent are added, and then the pH of the hydrogel solution is regulated to neutral to obtain an antibacterial adhesive self-healing hydrogel. In the present invention, the hydrogel obtained not only has excellent visible light responsive photocatalytic antibacterial effect, but also has good tissue adhesion, biocompatibility, and swelling performance, and can absorb excess tissue liquid and provide a moist environment for wound repair, thereby achieving the effect of promoting wound healing.
