Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-altitude rotating construction method for a large venue steel canopy, which relates to the technical field of architectural engineering. The steel canopy is divided into a roof canopy and a façade canopy, and the roof canopy is divided into n rotating structural units; after construction of a main concrete structure of a venue is complete, construction of the façade canopy begins; meanwhile, a horizontal joint supporting jig frame is mounted on a stand structure, lifting frames are mounted inside of the venue, and three horizontal contact beams are disposed at different elevations of a front lifting frame; after mounting of the horizontal joint supporting jig frame is complete, the façade canopy and the rotating structural units are assembled and provided with a limiting apparatus; and a lifting device is mounted on the lifting frames, the lifting devices and a core-penetrating oil cylinder are connected by using a fastening cable, the rotating structural units continue to be rotated and lifted to design elevations, welding rotating hinges are packaged, and then rod pieces between the rotating structural units are embedded and mounted. In the present invention, the amount of high-altitude work is significantly reduced, construction efficiency and the construction safety coefficient are improved, and construction quality is also ensured.
