Abstract:
A high-CADR EMF filtering system, and air purification equipment. The high-CADR EMF filtering system comprises an EMF assembly (1) and a filter frame assembly (2); the EMF assembly (1) comprises a cylindrical ion net (10); the filter frame assembly (2) comprises a sleeve-shaped HEPA filter paper (20) sleeved outside the EMF assembly (1) and a cylindrical external discharge net (21) located on the outer side of the HEPA filter paper (20). By means of the sleeve-shaped HEPA filter paper (20) structure, air enters from the external discharge net (21), and after entering, particulate matter and microorganisms in the air are captured by the HEPA filter paper (20). Due to the electric field effect of the external discharge net (21) and the ion net (10), there are a large number of charged ions in the space of the HEPA filter paper (20), and after the charged ions are adsorbed to the surfaces of microorganisms, bacteria are destroyed and killed under the effect of a pulling force of the electric field. Moreover, air first passes through the HEPA filter paper (20), and for machine design, the area of the HEPA filter paper (20) can be greatly improved, thereby reducing wind resistance of the machine, increasing the CADR, and reducing noise and power; according to current actual measurements, compared with an existing structure in the same size condition, CADR is increased by 50%, noise is reduced by 12 dB, power is reduced by 23 W, and ozone is reduced by 40%.
