Abstract:
A high-conductivity polybenzimidazole anion exchange film that has a comb-like structure and a preparation method therefor. First, performing a grafting reaction on polybenzimidazole and a branched chain that does not contain a cation functional group, and synthesizing a deprotonated comb-shaped grafted polybenzimidazole material such that the grafting ratio reaches the maximum, wherein N-H in the polybenzimidazole may be prevented from forming an acid-base pair with a cation functional group, thus reducing the reactivity and activity thereof; and then reacting same with a quarternization reagent such that the tail end of the branched chain is connected to the cation functional group such that same is formed into ion clusters that are easily aggregated and a hydrophilic/hydrophobic micro-phase separation structure. The prepared anion exchange film has excellent conductivity, mechanical properties and alkali stability.
