Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-current protection device for a secondary battery and a battery pack comprising same. The high-current protection device for a secondary battery of the present invention comprises: an insulating substrate; a heating element connection electrode arranged on the insulating substrate; two or more heating elements provided on the heating element connection electrode and spaced apart from each other; an insulating member arranged on the heating elements; a fusible electrode arranged on the insulating member; and a fusible body provided on the fusible electrode, located above the heating elements, having an overlapping region with respect to each of the heating elements, and blocking a current path of the secondary battery when heated and melted by the heating elements.
