Title:
HIGH-DAMP SILICONE RUBBER CEMENT, A COMPOSITE MATERIAL CONTAINING THE HIGH-DAMP SILICONE RUBBER CEMENT AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/188471
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-damp silicone rubber cement, a composite material containing the high-damp silicone rubber cement and a preparation method and the use thereof, wherein a high-damp silicone rubber cement is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: a low cross-linking silicone rubber cement, 30-80 parts of a piezoceramic powder and 0.1-25 parts of a conductive powder; the low cross-linking silicone rubber cement is formed by hybridizing phenyl hydroxyl silicone oil, boric acid and an organic carboxylate in a mass ratio of 100:0.1-15:3. By means of introducing boron hydroxyl and phenyl into a silicone rubber molecule chain and by means of the hydrogen-bond interaction formed by organic carboxylic acid doping, the high-damp silicone rubber cement can be continuously broken and recombined under an external force to absorb energy. Furthermore, the material has good self-healing performance; the introduction of a boron atom in the main chain of silicone rubber damages the regularity of the molecular chain of the silicone rubber, changes the glass transition temperature and widens the damp temperature region. The high-damp silicone rubber cement can meet the shock absorption and durability requirements in the fields of aerospace, precise instruments, etc.
