Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of construction additives, and in particular, to a high-early-strength cement dispersion polymer and a preparation method therefor. The high-early-strength cement dispersion polymer comprises: a) an ester-containing polymer comprising a polymer or copolymer derived from monomers, the monomers comprising: 1) an unsaturated carboxylic ester monomer; and 2) at least one of an unsaturated acid monomer and an unsaturated silane monomer; b) carboxymethyl starch; and c) methoxypolyethylene glycol. According to the high-early-strength cement dispersion polymer, by using a method of first performing low temperature copolymerization and then performing high temperature esterification, the damage of double bonds of a reaction monomer is reduced, the copolymerization degree is increased, the produced cement dispersion polymer is high in water-reducing rate, the concrete workability can be improved and the early strength of concrete can be increased, and therefore, the compactness of the concrete is improved, and the cracking risk of the concrete is reduced; moreover, the operation process is simple, and large-scale industrial production is facilitated.
