Abstract:
A high-efficiency air fryer, comprising an outer shell (1), an outer cover (2), a stirring apparatus, a heat insulating shell (3), a heating apparatus (4), a heat circulation apparatus, and an inner pan (6), the heating apparatus (4), the heat insulating shell (3), the heat circulation apparatus, and the inner pan (6) being arranged inside the outer shell (1), the heating apparatus (4) comprising a primary heat generating apparatus (41) and a secondary heat generating apparatus (42), the primary heat generating apparatus (41) being arranged below the inner pan (6), the heat insulating shell (3) enveloping the primary heat generating apparatus (41), and the secondary heat generating apparatus (42) being arranged below the heat insulating shell (3); the addition of the secondary heat generating apparatus (42) enables preheating of the air, reducing the burden of the primary heat generating apparatus (41), and further improving the heating efficiency and reducing the energy consumption of the high-efficiency air fryer.
