Abstract:
A high-efficiency multi-stage brake mechanism, comprising a housing (2), a plunger sleeve (4) that is provided on the housing and that is fixed or reciprocates relative to the housing (2), a plunger (5) that is provided on the plunger sleeve (4) and that reciprocates relative to the plunger sleeve (4), and a hydraulic control unit (12). At least one first channel (7) is provided on a side wall of the plunger sleeve (4), and a locking body (6) that reciprocates relative to the first channel (7) is provided within the first channel (7). The hydraulic control unit (12) is connected to a second oil cavity (Q2) formed between the plunger (5) and the plunger sleeve (4), and is also connected to a first oil cavity (Q1) formed among the plunger sleeve (4), the housing (2) and the locking body (6). A failure mode, a first effective mode and a second effective mode are achieved by adjusting the communication relationship among the oil cavities, a low-pressure source and a high-pressure source. The present mechanism has a compact size, high reliability, and by replacing an original gas distribution mechanism part, can satisfy requirements of compact installation of an engine and using as much as possible original gas distribution mechanism parts, achieving the upgrade and replacement of an engine multi-stage brake and extremely low-cost product.
