Abstract:
A high-efficiency retarding water reducer for concrete and a preparation method therefor. The high-efficiency retarding water reducer for concrete comprises a water reducer A, a retarder B, a retarder C, and a shrinkage reducing agent D, the ratio of the water reducer A : the retarder B : the retarder C : the shrinkage reducing agent D being 1200 : 20 : 10 : 1. The water reducer A comprises in parts by weight: 1200-1400 parts of a naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate water reducer and 400-500 parts of an amino acid salt water reducer; the retarder B comprises in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of castor oil; the retarder C comprises in parts by weight: 300-400 parts of calcium carbonate, 64-74 parts of citric acid, and 50-60 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate. The shrinkage reducing agent D comprises in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of a cellulose ether. As such, the high-efficiency retarding water reducer for concrete can be quickly dispersed in water by stirring and mixing for only a short time during use. It can be stored for a long time, does not easily coagulate, and has increased strength.
