Abstract:
A high-efficiency screw feeding mechanism, comprising a material supply device (100) and a feeding device (200) which is connected to the material supply device (100). The feeding device (200) comprises a support seat (300), a base (400) mounted to the support seat (300), a driving assembly (500) disposed on the base (400), a feeding guide assembly (600) which is provided on the base (400) and which is connected to the driving assembly (500), and a feeding limiting assembly (700). The feeding guide assembly (600) comprises a guide drive plate (610) connected to the driving assembly (500), a guide plate (620) mounted on a surface of the base (400), a movable seat (630) which moves on the base (400), and a guide block (640) which can move on the guide plate (620). The guide drive plate (610) is provided with a guide groove (612) used for moving the guide block (640), and the movable seat (630) is provided with a feeding groove (631); and the guide block (640) is provided with a clamping groove (641) corresponding to the feeding groove (631), the base (400) is provided with a feeding hole (410) corresponding to the feeding groove (631), and the feeding limiting assembly (700) is located below the feeding hole (410). In the feeding mechanism, fully automatic feeding may be achieved, feeding efficiency is high, three actions are achieved under one driving effect of the driving assembly (500), and structural costs are reduced.
