Abstract:
A high flexibility table-style hemming machine based on a principle of segmented control, comprising a base (5), a support die mounting base (4), a raising and lowering mechanism (3), a support die (2), a plurality of pressing blade mechanisms (1), a pressing die structure (6) positioned above the support die (2), and a flipping mechanism (7). The raising and lowering mechanism (3) is used to drive the support die (2) and a door cover piece to move up and down, and the pressing blade mechanisms (1) drive pressing blades to move horizontally to hem the door cover piece. Multiple groups of pressing blade mechanisms (1) are able to come together to form the shape of a car door cover piece outline, to be used for hemming of the vehicle door cover piece. Further disclosed is a high flexibility hemming method based on a principle of segmented control, comprising steps such as pre-hemming and final hemming.
