Abstract:
A high-flexibility ultraviolet curable ink and a packaging layer thereof. The raw materials of the ink at least comprise in parts by weight: 50-90 parts of a light curable silicon-containing monomer, 10-40 parts of light curable non-silicon monomers, and 0.01-10 parts of a photoinitiator. By using the light curable silicon-containing monomer which do not contain an aromatic ring structure, a stress distribution effect can be achieved under the action of external force by utilizing the strong deformation capacity of an Si-O-Si chain segment of the light curable silicon-containing monomer, so that the plasma etching resistance of a packaging layer is improved, and compared with ultraviolet curable ink containing a benzene ring, the high-flexibility ultraviolet curable ink has higher flexibility and better yellowing resistance.
