A high-flux magnet set device, consisting of at least one first side magnet column group (50) and one second side magnet column group (60); the first and second side magnet column groups are formed of magnetic pieces (51,52,61,62) magnetized in a moving direction and connected in series at intervals; like poles of the neighboring magnetic pieces are placed adjacent to each other; one magnetic gap (53) is left between each two neighboring magnetic pieces; each magnetic gap is provided with one guiding magnetic piece (55) magnetized in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction; unlike poles of each guiding magnetic piece and the magnetic piece neighboring to the guiding magnetic piece are placed opposite to each other. Thus, magnetic field lines are effectively managed; utilization rate of magnetic flux is improved; double magnet effect is overcome; magnetic resistance is reduced; and kinetic energy loss is decreased. Accordingly, when the device is applied to an electromotor, magnetic force is improved to achieve high output power; and when the device is applied to a generator, cutting frequency and cutting quantity are improved, thus increasing energy conversion efficiency.
